My Story…
With more than 30 years as a chef, my love for cooking and baking is at the heart of everything I create. At our bakery, we use only unbromated flour and carefully select the finest ingredients, never additives, preservatives, artificial colors, or flavors. Have you named your sourdough starter? I have, and I'd be delighted to share its name with you when you visit. Our sourdough bread is thoughtfully fermented for 20 to 30 hours, producing beautiful, fresh loaves straight from the oven. We take great pride in making everything from scratch and embrace the artful use of herbs and spices, always on the lookout for unique flavors from around the globe to enhance our dishes, desserts, and breads. Our commitment is to consistently deliver the very best to you.
Beyond the kitchen, I find joy in connecting with people as a wellness coach, supporting others in their holistic well-being—emotionally, mentally, spiritually, and physically. This work brings me immense fulfillment. I also love spending time outdoors, whether running, camping, or hiking, and enjoy quiet moments with a good book, a cup of tea, and the warmth of a candle.
